Tuition and Deadlines

PARENTS OF GRADUATES - Your account must be paid in full by April 30th. Seniors will not be issued tickets for graduation until your account is settled. Final exams will not be given until your account is settled.

Tuition

1) Tuition is due on the 1st each month. If tuition is paid in full (for the year) by August 31, you will receive a 5% discount.

2) All fees (tuition, book, etc.) must be up to date or you will not be allowed to register.

TUITION FEES FOR 2010-2011

3 year old program $305.00/month
Pre-Kindergarten $305.00/month
Kindergarten $305.00/month
Grades 1-6 $325.00/month
Grades 7-12 $365.00/month

Family Maximum is $840.00 per month. Tuition is paid for ten (10) months, beginning on July 1, 2010 thru April 1, 2011.

3) A late fee of $25.00 will be assessed to any account that is fifteen (15) or more days delinquent.

4) We cannot accept post-dated checks. All tuition checks sent to this office will be deposited the following business day. A fee of $25.00 will be charged for all N.S.F. checks.

5) When two N.S.F. checks have been received, we may require all future payments to be cash or money order.

6) If you become three (3) months delinquent in tuition payments, or other outstanding amounts, you will be notified in writing and given fifteen (15) days to bring your account to a current status. If you have still failed to pay all past due tuition and delinquent fees after the expiration of this fifteen (15) day period, you understand that your child (ren) will be removed from school until such time as all past due tuition and delinquent fees are paid in full. In the event you become three months delinquent during the school year, you will be required to pay the registration fee and full years tuition in advance at the time of registration for the following year.

7) Once your child has been dismissed for delinquent tuition he/she may not be eligible for re-admission either that year or future years. This means your child may no longer be registered and must re-apply for admission. This may place him/her in the pool of new students.

8) The Maintenance fee of $200.00 is due by August 1st.

9) The registration fee is $150.00 per student. Family max is $450.00. Registration fees are paid at the time of registration. The deadline for registration is MAY 5th. The registration fee for currently enrolled families who pay after May 5th will be $300.00 per child. A signed registration contract secures class placement. Registration contracts are a binding obligation for the full annual charges upon the school's receipt of the signed contract.

10) General fees (instructional materials, locker rental, paper, workbooks) are due before the opening day of school. Fees are as follows:

3 year old program thru 12th grade           $125.00 per year/per child

11) Technoloy Fee of $50.00 pe student is due by August 1st.

General Fees/Maintenance/Technology Fees may be paid anytime in May and June since there is no tuition collection during these months. This time may be a better time for most families.
