After graduating from FRA I attended LSU where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Geography in 1994 – while at LSU I was selected to Leadership LSU program which is the top 25 seniors based on academics and leadership for 1994. I then earned my Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Alabama (still remained an LSU fan) – have spent 15 years in fund raising for non-profits and major universities including LSU. Currently serve as Vice President of Greater Louisiana for the American Heart Association. (Posted 6-24-2009)

My son, Tyler (born in May 1994), is an 8th grader at FRA. He is an avid football and baseball player. He also played elementary basketball. After graduating from LSU in May of 2000 with a Bachelor's Degree, I began teaching here at FRA. I started teaching 5th grade and have since moved down to my current home in 3rd grade.
