Congratulations Coach Shamsie, Coach Mona and the Lady Gators.
After a big regional playoff victory over St. Mary's of Natchitoches 8-4, the Lady Gators advanced to the quarterfinals of the state softball tournament held in Sulphur.
The last time the Lady Gators advanced to the state tournament was in 2000 under Coach Tracey LaCour and the team was led by pitcher Sherilyn Bossier who is now the softball coach at Evangel High School in Shreveport.
We have a very young and talented team having no seniors on the team. Good luck Lady Gators....we are all very proud of you and your accomplishments. Go Lady Gators!
