Stockholders' Meeting

The annual stockholders' meeting of the Pointe Coupee Private School System, Inc. will be held Monday, March 9, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the False River Academy cafeteria. You must be a Stockholder to attend this meeting. Board members will be elected at this meeting. Stockholders and their spouses are eligible to serve as board members. Any stockholder or spouse who wishes to serve on the Board should put that intention in writing and mail it to False River Academy, postmarked on or before February 18, 2026. The name will then be placed on the ballot. NO NOMINATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED FROM THE FLOOR.
