Assessments
The ACT Aspire is a system of aligned summative assessments used to assess students in grades 3-10 in the content areas of English, Math, Science, and Reading. It also offers an assessment in Writing. The ACT Aspire results are reported on a 3-digit score scale, as well as reporting an "ACT Readiness Benchmark" for English, Reading, Math, and Science at each grade level to provide additional perspectives on student readiness. The ACT Aspire is a standards-based assessment linked to ACT College Readiness Benchmarks and is anchored by the capstone college readiness assessment, the ACT. Online delivery and traditional paper-and-pencil options are available.
False River Academy first implemented the ACT Aspire at grade levels 8, 9 and 10 in April 2015.
