Registration
Below are the forms needed in order to register your child at False River Academy. Should you have any questions about registration or if you do not have access to a printer to print out the registration paperwork, please call the office.
2024-2025 Information
*School-issued laptop insurance fee has been included in the technology fee for 2024-2025.
The policy for school-issued devices and the agreement form will be available closer to the start of the school year when devices will be issued.
2023-2024 Information
School-issued laptops require a $50 insurance fee (not included in the technology fee) and the form signed by both the student and guardian. Please be sure to review the policy for school devices.
2022-2023 Free/Reduced Meals Information
Aftercare
False River Academy offers after school care for parents who need childcare after school hours and is available to students in Pre-K through 6th grade. If you are interested in utilizing this program, please submit a completed registration form linked below. Spots are available on a first-come-first-served basis. There is a fee for the services.
After School Care: 2:45pm - 5:30pm
* There will be no aftercare on early dismissal days.

2023-2024 Aftercare Notes
Aftercare has been moved to the T-building next to the library (the second room in the back on the right when entering from the main walkway to the elementary office).
There will be a $20.00 fee (per family) to help with cleaning supplies, paper towels, etc.
This fee is due by the first day of school.
