Below are the forms needed in order to register your child at False River Academy. Should you have any questions about registration or if you do not have access to a printer to print out the registration paperwork, please call the office.

 Registration is open.

Student Technology

PreK-2nd grade students have access to tablets/iPads within their classrooms.

 

Students in 3rd-6th grade use laptops within the classroom. Students in 7th-12th grade may take their school-issued laptops home.

​

Per the FRA Board of Directors, only students taking Dual Enrollment courses will be allowed to use a personal laptop (NO Apple products or tablets will be allowed for those DE students.) 

​

All students in 3rd-12th grade using a school-issued laptop must have the agreement form signed before they will be given their laptop.

NOTE: If a parent receives SNAP, TANF, or Medicaid, they will not need to complete an application as their student's information will appear on the direct certification list.


STEPS TO BEGIN THE APPLICATION
1. Use the link shown or visit the FRA website to find the link under the Admissions-Registration tab.
2. Click the Registration Info button.
3. Scroll down to the Free and Reduced, click on the Meal Application Form
4. Review income chart.
5. Click the Get Started Button.

Students will eat in the same category as last year for the first 30 days of school or when your application has been received.

Aftercare

False River Academy offers after school care for parents who need childcare after school hours and is available to students in Pre-K through 6th grade. If you are interested in utilizing this program, please submit a completed registration form linked below. Spots are available on a first-come-first-served basis. There is a fee for the services. 

After School Care: 2:45 pm - 5:30 pm

* There will be no aftercare on early dismissal days.
